Orders & Payments

We accept Dankort, Visa and Mastercard payments.

Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment by contacting us at enquiry.alexandra@gmail.com.

Delivery times vary depending on location.

You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it, as per Danish consumer law.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
